Terms & conditions


The Project " Spotlight on Poland" is implemented by the Polish Conference & Congress Association (SKKP).
The main objectives of the project are:

  • Development and promotion of Polish tourist products   
  • Strengthening the image of Poland as an attractive tourist destination    
  • Increasing the recognition of Poland's leisure and business tourist offer through promotional activities and reaching potential buyers of these services
  • Creating conditions for sharing of experience and networking for Polish entrepreneurs and invited European hosted buyers  
  • Establishment of business contacts by Polish entrepreneurs with potential buyers of their services from other countries.

Hosted buyers

Please carefully read the hosted buyer program terms and conditions below:
Program inclusions
  • Complimentary economy-class flights from selected destinations to and from Poland
  • Ground transfers in Poland
  • Hotel accommodation for 4 nights
  • Free of charge access to the conference including all sessions, meals and social program
Programme exclusions
  • Any personal extras at the hotel. These must be settled directly with the hotel upon your departure
  • Hotel upgrades
  • Travel insurance
  • Transfer costs from your home to your local airport
Terms and conditions
  • The Organizer covers all the costs mentioned above, however, in the event of cancellation of participation in the conference after the air ticket has been issued and sent to the hosted buyer, the Organizer will invoice for reimbursement of travel costs.
  • A hosted buyer is required to attend the entire program of the conference
  • Cancellations and/or changes must be submitted by e-mail at biuro@skkp.org.pl
  • Organizer  reserves the right to decline a hosted buyer’s application  if the number of applications is higher than the number of places available
  • The Organizer will create a waiting list for those for whom there are no places on the basic list. The Organizer will inform the participants from the waiting list about their participation in the Project no later than September 20, 2023.
 

Polish operators, organizers and attraction owners

Please carefully read the terms and conditions for the Polish operators, organizers and attraction owners:

Program inclusions
  • Free of charge access to the conference including all sessions, meals and social program on Thursday – October 5, 2023 in Krakow
Programme exclusions
  • Hotel accommodation
  • Transfers to and from Krakow
Terms and conditions
  • All Polish participants are required to register, there is a limited number of places available
  • The Organizer covers all the costs associated with participation in the conference and social programme, however, in case of cancellation of participation in the conference after September 27, 2023, the Organizer will invoice for the cancellation fee of 250 PLN
  • Cancellations and/or changes must be submitted by e-mail at biuro@skkp.org.pl
  • Organizer reserves the right to decline a Polish participant’s application if the number of applications is higher than the number of 40 places available
  • The Organiser will create a waiting list for those without places on the basic list. The Organizer will inform the participants from the waiting list about their participation in the Project no later than September 27, 2023.
